Cycling Highlights: A successful 2009 season, during which I hit some good form, placing regularly and moving through the British Cycling rankings

Aims for 2010: This season will see me take on two different roles with the team at different times of the year, and so maintaining a healthy balance between the two will be very important, my aim therefore is to do this successfully. During the season I will whenever possible be focusing on my own results and form, though at the National A status races I will be helping the team in my role as the team soigneur / physio. Balancing the roles will be difficult at times, though doing this successfully will see me move on another step after a successul 2009 racing season, on road and off.
