Team ready for the East Midlands International CiCLE Classic

Fresh from his 15th place stage result in the Premier Calendar Girvan race at Easter www.cyclingbargains.com - Infinis - Metaltek rider Raphael Deinhart powered his way up hill again to his first podium position this year when he came 3rd in the Archer Spring Road Race this weekend. Deinhart went clear with a number of riders in the closing stages of the race with eventual winner, 2nd category rider Cameron Austin. Deinhart was assisted in bringing back an early break by team mates Will Fox and Jason White. Recent signing to www.cyclingbargains.com - Infinis - Metaltek White eventually finished in 19th place.

Following a heavy crash at Easter in the Girvan stage race Matt Fostun from Nottingham was delighted with his return to form this weekend when he secured 2nd place at Darley Moor. Team mates Michael Cowland, David Palmer and Ben Jeeves worked hard to keep the chasing pack away from a small break containing Fostun that slipped away with five laps to go and at best managed a 15 second lead. Fostun said, "I am really happy with my first podium position of the year. I wasn't sure how I would feel after crashing last weekend. At least I know now that my LAS Istrion helmet doesn't just feel really comfortable but it also protects my head!"

Team manager, Rod Freeman has announced a strong line up for this weekend in the East Midlands International Cicle Classic. Daniel Booth brings a wealth of off road experience and elite road racing to the squad. In form Raphael Deinhart aims to improve on his 17th place last year.
